Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 ½ cups LiveKuna Quinoa flour

Beat 1 egg in a bowl, then add milk and mix together. Stir into 1 ½ cups quinoa flour. If desired, add more milk until the batter reaches the correct consistency.
Add batter to a pan on medium-high heat and flip when you observe bubbles on the surface.
